Vote for Dejan for President of the IEEE Computer Society!

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

My HP Labs colleague, Dejan Milojicic, is running for president of the IEEE Computer Society. If you have not yet cast your vote, please consider him. He is a fantastic researcher and an extraordinary contributor to the profession as you can review in his bio. Below his note to me with links to his plans and experience:

——

Dear Lueny,

I have been nominated for the IEEE Computer Society President 2014 (President Elect 2013, see (http://computer.org/election2012, http://www.computer.org/portal/web/election/president-elect). I am seeking endorsements and publicity support. One of my priorities is international community and consequently I am looking for the international support (see site: http://ieee-cs.milojicic.com/index.php/endorsements  and also in LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/dejanm, you need to be signed in). I would very much like to get formal endorsements from you specifically but also from others. If you find it appropriate, please provide an endorsement to me either by replying to me by email and I will put that endorsement on my Web site, or you can submit it directly into LinkedIn. The election started in August and last till October, and it would be quite useful to have some endorsements as the voting takes place.

Please feel free to pass this message to your friends and colleagues and especially to IEEE Computer Society members who may decide to vote for me if they support my views and believe that I would be a good president.

Many thanks in advance,

Dejan.
